Please bear with me here...
I got a case of Revolution flea control from my sister, a
veterinarian, at wholesale pricing. Meantime my dog has died and I'm
left with most of a case of this expensive medicine. The package
states that it is to be dispensed on the order of a licensed
veterinarian. Is there a legal way for me to sell it to someone who
can use it?
I appreciate any guidance with this.
Thanks.
Steve

Why bother....just "give" it back to your sister..if you are the tyope
that has to sell everything then charge her 50 cents....

Well you could sell it on e-Bay! Just sell the boxes for their collector's
value and say the medication is not to be used! It seems to work for booze
and mostly fake Cuban cigars. I have seen both on e-Bay. You could have the
buyer show you a Rx from a veterinarian but I guess you still could not sell
it legally unless you were a vet yourself or a Pharmacist. Maybe a MD could
sell it as they sometimes sell medications for humans. However I will not
tell the internet police on you.
Big Brother has us all scared these days with the War on Drugs, War for Oil,
War on flea control, War on Fat, War on Cigarettes, so forth.
