Does anybody have any information on Dextromethorphan HBr causing
false positives at > 150 Mg. I know the metabolite of Dextromethorphan
(dextrorphan) is similar to PCP and I've heard of it causing false
positives, anybody have any information? Particularly I am interested
in it causing a false positive against the NIDA 5 PCP test.

It depends on whose immunoassay test is used but most of them do not
cross-react with the metabolite of DXM. Even if there is false positive
a confirmatory test will prove that.
