Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been suggested to intake 0.6mg betamethasone tablet daily, or
using 0.1% topical nasal topic Betamethasone spray 50mL. I have an
question on evaluating the benefit and the systemic side-effect when
using corticosteriod, Betamethasone, for curing nasal rithintis.
Because I know that 0.1% = 0.1mg/mL which means that the whole bottle
is containing (0.1mg/mL X 50mL) == 50mg. So, there would be 80 of
0.6mg tablets consisted inside that nasal spray solution. If my
presumption is rite, then the systematic side-effect causes by
betamethasone would have been elevated when the spray solution once is
absorpted into the body or  swallowed down the throat and retented
inside the body. How should I evalute the benefit between them? Do you
have any suggestion?
Thank you.

Your sincerely,
Keith Leung

> Because I know that 0.1% = 0.1mg/mL

% means per 100

0.1% is equal to 0.1g per 100g (100ml if the density is 1)
therefore 0.1% would be 1mg/ml not 0.1mg/ml
