I'm drinking 100% acai juice that has a nutrition label that says
12grams of sugar per 4 ounce serving...

what I'm not sure about is if this means the TOTAL amount of sugar
contained in 4 ounces or is it the EXTRA amount ADDED (above and
beyond whatever natural fructose sugar is already present in the
juice)?
