Belfort Instrument says Mark A. Kukucka has been harassing current Belfort employees via e-mail, calling the company's customers and partners alleging unethical business practices, and posting trade secrets on the Internet. Defendant Kukucka has an alarming history of engaging in such 'anonymous' Internet attacks against those who he believes may have slighted him (including past employers), and, absent a TRO, will continue his historical pattern of making outrageous and harmful attacks against the material business interests of Belfort Instrument, reads Belfort's complaint, filed earlier this month in Baltimore County Circuit Court. <untruthful lies that have been snipped> Who would know better about libelous attacks and lawsuits then you Mr. Thorson! The lawsuit was dismissed by plaintiff Belfort and Kukucka didn't have to print a formal retraction like you did (Mark Thorson) when Cell Tech sued your defamatory a.s for libel. There was absolutely no basis, truth or credence to plaintiff Belfort's wild allegations regarding Kukucka.... you obviously didn't read the court file! What you (Mark Thorson) neglected to report was that Plaintiff Belfort sued Kukucka in retaliation as defendant Kukucka filed whistleblower case(s) with several federal agencies including the FAA IG's office regarding criminal wrongdoing by Belfort Instrument Company (specifically fraud against shareholders under SOX 2002 and offering gratuities & other gifts to federal employees while seeking federal approvals/contracts).
