Has anybody ever heard of a product called Cellfood as a way of
detoxing the body?

Yeah, some idiot on TV talking about this all the time.

Putting a brush on long stick into your a.s you give a better result.

Better yet, just eat a natural diet of fruit = colon problem + most of
the other popular health problems solved.

The colon, for those without cancers, is pink and clean when seen via
a colonoscopy. Their is no need or benefit in 'cleansing the colon'.

You could introduce foreign bacteria into your colon, experience
long-lasting pain or even perforate the anus lining by doing repeated
enemas.

Enemas are for relief of constipation only. The only other reasons to
invade the colon is for a colonoscopy or anal sex.

Leave your colon alone. Your colon does a very good job protecting
your health and expelling fecal matter on a timely basis.

Colons cleanse themselves naturally.  A good diet will prevent
constipation.  The only thing I have seen reported is that clay will
coat the colon--in which case you want to cleanse it of the clay if
that is possible. I would think this would take more than a
"cleanse".    I kind of laughed at this.  Who would eat clay?  Then I
read about the poor souls in Africa who are starving and who eat
cookies made from clay.

There is also the possibility that some clever scam artist will
convince you that you have to cleanse your colon and you will buy some
product that might do damage.  Remember the blue man who for some
reason was persuaded that he should take colloidal silver and it
turned his skin permanently blue.  Stay away from non standardized,
unregulated health food store junk.  It takes a drug about 12 years of
research and testing  and review before it can reach the market.  And
even then we might hear of all kinds of side effects and dangers and
possibly the removal of the drug from the market.  The stuff in those
bottles in the health food store doesn't even have the minimal safe
guards.

Precisely.

Colon problems don't exist.
Enema bags are evil.
There's no such thing as gastroenterology.
Denial cures everything.
Sarcasm rules.
Smileys can be inferred.
