They seem to dissolve well in yoghurt, or you can just sprinkle them
on breakfast cereal.

Or just eat them by the spoonful. They taste OK.

I've noticed that lecithin used to taste terrible to me, but now it
doesn't. I have a feeling it isn't the lecithin itself, but something
about me.

I rarely take it, but when I do, I take a spoonful or so dry, let the
saliva penetrate it, and when it's nice and mushy, swallow it in small
amounts.

And unless it tastes appetizing, I don't take it at all.

How's that for "anecdotal"?  :-)

I sprinkle them on oatmeal, they also work well with rice.

Sounds high to me. The label on mine says 1-3 tea spoons / day. I use 1
tea spoon a day, every now and then.

There are other possibilities if one uses the liquid form of lecithin.
It can go in your pancake syrup ..

It can go in your pineapple sweet and sour ..

It can disappear into your vegetable chili ..

It can disappear into your soup ..

It is very versatile ..

Since it ENHANCES the ability of the body to absorb different
substances from our food it would be prudent to try to take it with
your food .. so any edible sauce would work wonders .. maybe even
Ranch Dressing ..

Mmmm ..

Who loves ya.
