First of all, learn to write

what do you mean

505 cals , or 505 cal

cal mean calories, k before cal means 1000

1 kcal = 1000 cal

what is 200 mls, 200 ml,  I think thay you meant

I am not surprised that you are trying and cannot figure out

I guess that you are trying to convert Joules to calories

you multiply calories by 4.1868

1 calorie = 4.1868 Joules

120 cal = 502.416 J

IMO you should drink cocoa instead since it has no added sugar, or
toxic sweetners.

It's 120 calories.

kcal is the "correct" abbreviation, since it stands for the amount of
heat required to raise the temperature of a *kilogram* of water one
degree centigrade.

(The original "calorie" was one thousandth of the "calorie" we're
familiar with today, which is why the modern calorie is abbreviated
kcal, for kilocalorie.)

kj stands for kilojoules. The joule is the SI unit of energy, so it's
more scientific, in a way, but both units measure the same thing;
they're just different sizes.
