So what's the deal with anti-aging supplements? Can we really pop a
vitamin pill or two every day and expect to see the years melt away?
The results probably won't be as dramatic as all that, and you may not
see any results at all. It appears that the jury is still out as to
whether anti-aging supplements are fact or fiction. Continue to read:

I think one should rephrase that .. to .. **premature** ageing .. can
the premature ageing years be seen to melt away.

Sooo .. if one goes WITH .. that .. rephrasing .. then .. I would
say .. yes.

Reversal of oxidative stress damage with proper adherence to proper ..
high antioxidant rich diet and oxidative stress reducing therapy
would / should / can reverse oxidative stress induced damage. IE:
regression of liver fibrosis , gray hair turning back to natural color
after bloodletting .. etc,

Sooo .. if one were to understand premature ageing IS .. simply ..
oxidative stress based damage .. then .. one might think the reversal
of oxidative stress damage in THAT process / ageing may be ..
reversed.. ?

Sorta .. logical ..

There seems to be a link between lipids and absorption OF these
supplements .. these antiageing supplements .. sooo .. the title of
the thread is somewhat misleading ..

It should read .. "the proper use of antiageing supplements .. can
they reverse ageing .. ?"

Imho ..

Who loves ya.
