Can anyone point me to a web site that lists common fast food places and
contents of food items... Sodium, Transfats etc.

Any help will be appreciated.

http://www.nutritiondata.com has info for McDonald, burger king,
wendy, taco bell, kentucky fried chicken, popeyes, subway, dairy
queen, dominos, little caesars, papa john, pizza hut, etc

Just remember that even the best lists will
not mention some of the toxic chemical found
in these foods. Such as the oxysterols, AGEs,
rancid fats, polycyclic aromatic amines, and
polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. Granted Mom's
home cooking will often contain doses of this
chemicals as well.
