I DON'T CARE IF YOU ARE LAZIEST PERSON WHO EVER
DREW A BREATH
If you just can't get yourself to do what you need to do,
if your willpower and persistence always seems to fizzle
out, then check out the new paradigm in personal growth.

Just take a capsule of cod liver oil daily and eat lots of fresh fruit
and veg.You will get better results.

I'll suggest that much so-called laziness is in fact the result
of endocrine problems. Low testosterone and low thyroid
will both cause this. These are conditions that are more often
than not undertreated and are underdiagnosed.
Moreover, some will have weakness and or
pain that from the outside will be judged as laziness.
In some that lack if vitamin will result in muscle weakness
though I suggest to consider taking a high dose vitamin D supplement
not as cod liver oil as it is refined, distilled in fractions and then
recombined such
that the vitamin A levels are too high in ratio to the vitamin D.
There needs to be a ratio of 1 IU of A to ! IU of D3, IMO.

And there are issue of simple sugar diets and caffeine use which
can cause the blood sugar to range too widely and lead
to insulin tolerance, syndrome X, and in time DM type 2.
This can cause weight gain, sluggishness, CVD etc
