A new report on cancer prevention 'Food, Nutrition, Physical Activity and
the Prevention of Cancer' has been published. In Chapter 4 there is an
in-depth review on nutrition and cancer prevention that I found interesting.

Good find.

http://jnci.oxfordjournals.org/cgi/content/full/97/12/906 tries to
factor out the different types of meat and whether they are processed.
