hello, i live in country where there's overly too much salt and oil in
everyday food I eat. Kinda hard to avoid, organic restaurants/cafe are
too pricey. What other supplement or what can I do to minimize/reverse
the effect of having too much salt and oil? (and freaking MSG too)

Currently i drink 4-5L of water a day
Take vitamin E(family of 8 types)
CoQ10

The oil that they are using may be very dangerous.  Prepare your own
food and use coconut oil.  Salt is important, but the best thing to do
is to make your own food, so you know how much you are getting.  I use
salt to taste, but I also mix in a little potassium salt, because too
much sodium chloride can lead to problems due to too little potassium.

What is wrong with olive oil?

Cormac.

It's not solid at room temperature.

Great idea!  Thanks for the tips.  I am VERY low in potassium.

Although there are a number of Asian restaurants and grocery stores in
my area, I am not sure of your food choices. You might want to
consider just avoiding the most nutritionally harmful foods such as
those that are batter fried.

Your water consumption seems high even for a tropical climate. You may
be washing out nutrients from your body.

Why are you taking CoQ10?

Recommended consumption is 8 glasses of water a day.

You're frequency of urination may be high. How many times do you need
to get up during your sleep?

Your probably aren't endangering your health with your current level
of consumption. See http://www.diagnose-me.com/cond/C577739.html

Have you checked you blood glucose?  Too much water craving is a sure
sign of diabetes.

Well, when I make a tuna fish sandwich, I put the tuna in a colander
and wash the salt off.  Pretty simple to do and inexpensive.  Or buy
can's of food without salt FROM the grocery store.  Pretty simple
stuff really

Also Alfafa is GREAT diuretic.
