Yes, of course. Still, the original post implied that high fat foods are
bad as such, which is not the case, AFAIK.

The original post was essentially incoherent. One could cancel out the
effect of eating walnuts by eating walnuts.

Just like one can cancel out the positive effects of eating a France-
style high-animal-fat diet by eating a France-style high-animal-fat
diet, eh? Or cancel the healthy effects of a very high-fat Inuit-style
