Every type of food has its own role and hence its use in the body. So
sticking to one particular type of food will never help. It will make
the body weak in one way or the other only. Be it carbs, or proteins or
fats, all of them in a balanced form is essential for health. There is
no point in cutting down the fats or carbs to have a slim or weight
less body.
So what is the fact in chosing the right type of food??
The fact is
1) One should first know what his / her digestive capacity is (i.e.
digestive constitution)
2) Then one should learn which season prevails, because as per the
season the digestion at various levels vary
3) Then finally the right type of food should be chosen, processed in a
right manner and then taken in the right manner.
These three steps will defenitely not only maintain the health, but
will tremendously help in putting off weight and hence a slim,
weightless healthy life.

It depends entirely on the foods chosen. Some foods are prety balanced
in themselves. Their only disadvantage would be boredom.

What on Earth do you mean?

What a strange theory. Do you ave any evidence for this?

Sound like a religious ritual. Could you give us an example of what
you mean?

Oh, I wouldn't want to be weightless, although come to think of it....

Explain this....

One should analyse two aspects in food when it comes to digestive
capacity:
1)Quality of food (in the sense how easily can the food be broken down)
2)Quantity of food (could be either large or small)
based on these digestive capacity of individuals is broadly classified
into three types which, could be either constitutional or acquired.
They r
1) Mild digestive capacity: wherein light qlty food in little quantity
takes lot of time to get digested.
2) Sharp digestive capacity: wherein heavy qlty food even in larger qty
gets digested in a very short span of time.
3) Irregular digestive capacity: be it light or heavy in qlty, be it
little or large in qty, the digestion is unpredictable.
if one is able to analyse this capacity of ones own digestion, it helps
him in chosing the right qlty food which taken in appropriate qty will
inturn help in easy and fast digestion. Qlty of foods is defenitive,
whereas qty is relative.

how is ur digestion now in winter??
It is a forgotten theory!! answer the questions and u will get the
proof...What r seasonal foods?? how and why did they come into
exixtence?? Why should one take cold foods in summer and hot foods in
winter??

Ofcourse food is one of the main aspects of a religious ritual.
Knowledge of choosing, processing and taking the right kind of food is
what the key solution to many food related problems on earth is....how
many of them realise it???
Hot rice + Ghee + Salt, freshly prepared hot vegetable curry, warm
water as an adjuvant - is the best lunch recipe for winter (for
vegetarian rice eaters)
