A major topic of discussion on my free site is "inflammation."
Basically, what most people percieve as "inflammation," particularly if
it lasts more than a short time, is the effect of PGE2, which is made
from arachidonic acid.  If you want to end almost all skin
inflammation, you just need to get the arachidonic acid out of your
body, and I talk about how I did this on the site:
