You'll certianly be in very bad shape afterwards.
Please get a physician involved NOW to tell you when to pay the money.

Keep in mind that in Super Size Me he was doing it for 30 days, and the doctor was imploring him to stop after 20 days or so. He's supposed to do this for 90 days. And in Super Size Me, he was eating from everything on the menu, which while it certainly has bad stuff in it, there are certainly some good things too. And even the burgers can have some lettuce and tomatoes. So while he was getting mostly bad things he was at least getting a variety of things.
I think this is a very bad bet. I don't think he will be able to complete this task as described. I think there is also a good chance he will suffer some permanent physical damage, or mental. Basically, he's going on a 3 month fast for $10,000. The reason I say fast is because I think this is the best case scenario and also offers the best chance of success, to eat as little as possible. If he tries to get 2,000 or even 1,000 calories from this diet, I think he will suffer some permanent physical damage. Take a look at the nutritional facts for Velveeta Processed Cheese Spread:
http://www.calorie-count.com/calories/item/1191.html
If my calculations are correct, if he eats 12 oz a day, he'll be getting just over 1000 calories a day, while also getting over 200% the RDA for sodium (the cholesterol would be at 84% RDA at 12 oz). And regardless of the ounces per day, he'll be getting a breakdown of 13% carbs, 22% protein, and 65% fat, which everyone knows is not the ideal split. Maybe one could satisfy their appetite with less than 12 oz a day, I don't know how filling Velveeta Cheese is, but then you are under 1000 calories. I understand that the body can adjust to this low level of calories for an extended period of time, so it might be possible.
So, basing my opinion on what I saw in Super Size Me and comparing it to this proposed diet at 3 times the length of time, I doubt few Americans can complete this task before they get very sick, or give up, for a prize of $10,000. If their was more incentive obviously more would find the willpower to complete it, it would be interesting to see how far some could go for millions.

I totally concur with this entire post. Thanks for correcting the title of the movie, too. Super Size Me was an eye-opener for both my wife and me. Totally shocking!

You are going to see some very dire predictions but nothing permanent is going to happen to you in ninety days. It won't be pleasant but it will be better than, if you will xcuz the xpresshun, working for the money. Don't eat a whole lot.

Also, expect no support from David Blaine who is the king of doing stupid sh.t for money.

Poker buddies are notoriously unreliable. I suggest you contact Kraft and tell them what you are doing, and that you have retained a lawyer in case things go wrong. Maybe they will provide you with some special Velveeta with vitamin C,D, and mineral enhancements.

Serving size for the facts is 1 oz. You'd need at least 23 servings per day to make about 2000 calories. But, with that you'd be taking in 460% of your daily recommended fat and AT BEST 10% of your recommended vitamin C.

I'm supremely pissed on the prop bet front today, given that ZeeJustin is currently leading the PS Atlanta event and all five of my horses are out, but I'm much happier with my situation than I would be with yours. I like Velveeta as well as the next man (probably a bit more, actually), but 90 days of nothing but Velveeta would drive me insane.
Do the math: it's $111 per day. Assuming you eat three times per day, it's $34+ every time you suck down a big glop of American Pasteurized Process Cheese food. At the outset of this bet, that'll seem to you like a bargain, but by the end, you'll hate velveeta so much that you may never eat any form of cheese again.
Still, I applaud your spirit.

After about 5-6 days on the Velveeta Cheese Spread & Water diet, you won't be able to run fast enough to plunk your leaky about-to-explode a.s to the toilet before, "THAR SHE BLOWS, CAP'N AHAB!!! IT'S THE GREAT WHITE WHALE DROPPIN' ANOTHER LOAD OF AMBERGRIS!!!"
Be sure and save that stuff, if you can afford to not flush for those 90 days. Perfume manufacturers in <name some place where people smell really bad. I don't travel much so I wouldn't know for sure> pay a fortune for that stuff.
