can anyone help i have recently recovered from illness over christmas ,
which has caused me to loss nearly 2 stone , i was wondering if there
is anyone out there who has a healthy weekly diet plan i could follow
along with a work out routine in order to gain weight.

Just eat more of a balanced diet and do more exercise.  jack

You probably lost muscle mass, so you will need to increase protein
consumption.

You will need to do weight bearing exercises in addition to increase
your muscle mass.

Your heart might be slightly weakened, so start off with short runs
(jogging?) and gradually increase the duration.
