In the Phytotherapy Research journal there is an excellent new review
article on dietary measures, including herbs, and bone health. The full text
is also freely available (click pdf).

This article does not seem to be available for free, I clicked on PDF
and it took me to another page saying I have to pay US $25.00 and sign
up as a new user. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Perhaps you should try again. I was able to download it for free and I am
still able to view the full text (pdf) for free. I clicked the link I gave
and it works at least in my computer.
