I am NOT surprised, because that is your problem. You are over doing
your running. Cut back on your running. And, eat more food. It will
take time for your body to recover. That is the solution to your
tireness problem.
Whatever your original problem was, your current problem is too much
running in combination with not enough food.

I just shared some ideas with a person who had similar problems. Go to
my free web site:
http://groups.msn.com/TheScientificDebateForum-/
and then go to the nutrition forum (click on "Nutrition"), and you will
see a thread entitled something like "Questions about fish oil."
However, there is a lot of other information that you might find
helpful. It is not meant to be read in a day, so give yourself time.
You can also ask me questions there.

To the original poster, this Kook responds to just about any complaint
with the same tired answer. (Pun intended)
