Does anyone here have the experience of TUNA making you sleepy?  For
some reason, TUNA seems to have that effect on me whether or not I eat
it in a sandwich, salad or just by itself.

Is there anything in TUNA that could possibly lead to this?

Thanks in advance

Yes. Tuna is rich in tryptophan, which promotes sleep. Other foods, such as
turkey, sesame seeds, etc. also do this.
