I think their products are useless.
For example, they have a "bowel cleanse" product. Bowel cleansing is
something that belongs in the dark ages.
They are very good at marketing. However, you will not find much evidence
that their products do what they claim or have scientific validity.

I was on the USANA antioxidents and chelated minerals for about a
year, I did not notice any major differences. They have a high quality
Nutraceutical product. However, they charge about 2-3 x what it is
worth because of the multi-level marketing aspect. If they go public
and sell their product at a fair market price, I may start using them
again. WARNING....DO NOT GET SUCKED IN TO THEIR MLM. It is tough to
make money and you will end up spending more on product than you will
get back. This "investment" will cost you.
