Remember to use percentages rather than absolutes.

E.g: A regular, traditional chip has a larger form, and a larger
surface area. Thus more oil is required to cook it - thus more fat (by
mass).

French Fries, have less potato content but a higher fat by ratio.
Consider the portion sizes of the fries also.

Ask yourself this - does a portion of Mcdonalds fries satisfy your
hunger? If so, for how long?

Then consider - how a baked or mashed potato would satisfy your hunger.
