We're having trouble even with one 850-mg
enteric-coated fish oil supplement per day.
Is there a reliable technique for taking these
capsules and keeping them down?
Thanks, H.K.

Your body is telling you that this is not healthy - listen to it!
Instead of taking these very dangerous substances, just avoid any major
source of unsaturated fatty acids.

Someone recommended that I store fish oil caps in the freezer.  By
swallowing frozen capsules I think the capsule dissolves after leaving
the stomach.   So no stomach irritation and no "fishy burps"..
