My first post since joining this group....
I just started using creatine and  I follow label dosage and drink
plenty of water.
I have already found it to be very helpful as now I can pump more
before my muscles begin to wear out.
My question is this.. My workout schedule is full body every other day.

While taking Creatine, can I do full body every day ?

Thanks in advanced for your replies

You say you "pump" more, may we suggest you get modern plumbing and remove
the need to pump water.

I've used creatine.  It makes more sense to divide workouts:  upper
body one day, lower body the next.  Muscles grow during the rest phase.
Creatine pulls more fluid into the muscles but it still takes time for
muscles to develop greater  true mass.  Creatine doesn't short-cut the
laws of physics.

Just my two cents as a creatine user and former powerlifter.
