We find we have reactions to eating dates that you buy packaged in the
stores, as well as "nut bars" which list DATES as an ingredient. I am
wondering if it is because of any PROCESSING of raw dates, or, could it
be that dates come off the plant in the shape and continuincy found in
the packages. Does anyone know what RAW DATES are like? Can you eat
them? Are they loaded with sugars? I don't know where I could find
raw dates, so I am hoping someone here can respond. Also, does anyone
know the natural composition of raw dates? Thanks, littleberry

Israel, for one.
Of course, you might have to get some exercise by dogging a few suicide
bombers.
Israel does in fact export organic veggies, like tomatoes.
