I have lots of gas and did some research on things I can do to help that
problem (including watching what and how I eat).    When on occasion I do
eat something that gives me gas I would like to take something like Beano
(which is expensive).   Activated charcoal is cheaper.     Which one is
cheaper depends on how much us should take.    What are the pros and cons of
both.      Also, is Beano cheaper in liquid form or tablet?   Thanks.

Try not mixing your beans (starches) with your proteins and see if it is
just the combo that gives you gas.
