I have just invented a new diet: the Lost in the Woods
diet, which is close to what our gatherer-gatherer-
hunter ancestors ate. Of course you can eat all the
nuts, fruits, and roots you can find and gather. Bugs,
too, if it's summer. And if you are fleet enough to
run down a deer or athletic and skillful enough to
kill a rabbit or a squirrel with a thrown rock, then, of
course, you can eat it also--after you've figure out how
to peel its skin off without a knife and cook it with
only two sticks to rub together to make a fire. But
you shouldn't waste your time and energy trying to
kill some sentient being.

May I point out that, if you can do the things above sufficient to your
survival, you're not lost?

have you found your way back home?
;D
anyway, i think i got ur point, the dieter following your program
should exercise more if he/she wants to eat food containing much fat.
Am I right?
or am I wrong? ;D

it will go perfect with the lost in the
woods perspective that many seem
to enjoy already.
