All you had to do is to read the literature that I have been posting
about here for years.  Start with "Diet and Health" by the National
Research Council.

Really?

The above editorial documents that if indeed Eskimos have excellant
heart health it is due to their eating a huge amount of PUFAs, called
Omega-3 EFAs in the form of cold water fatty fish.

In other words, Montygram, that editorial thoroughly trashes your
nonsense about PUFAs.  My first thoughts was to put For Monty in the
subject line.  But, I decided to go with a little sense of humor.  You
are not worth it!!!

That editorial also introduces a full text research study available
online for free on the same topic.

Just thought that you might want to end it all. :)
