Sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil

Are they as healthy as fresh tomatoes? I love them, and reckon I could
easily eat one a day for the rest of my life - do they count as one of
the 6 recommended portions of fruit and veg? Or does the sun-drying
process destroy some/all of the nutritional benefits of tomatoes?

In general the intake of pickled vegetables is associated with increased
risk of some cancers, but I think that sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
should be quite good stuff. Lycopene, a carotenoid, is probably the
healthiest component in tomatoes and its is not lost by preservation. I like
sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil as well.
