I've been trying to contact the above company for weeks: all that I get is a phone message that the office is temporarily closed. They no longer do the sort of detailed help she provides, and now go for a cheap one-size-fits-all approach. They mostly do ELISA tests, which do have a role but are of more theoretical than practical help for most people. Anyway, I just called them and spoke to somebody who didn't think they'd ever had a problem like the one you describe, so they are still going. 01904 410 410 in the UK, (+44) 904 410 410 outside. I got the "temporarily closed" message on both numbers. The calls were made in normal office hours - something I have difficulty in doing - but will try again asap! B |
