Oxidising Water with Ozone Gas

The chemical reaction is right?
O3 + H2O -> O2 + H2O2

H2O2 is hydrogen peroxide, an acid compound & oxidising agent. Will
drinking this ozonated water upset the pH level in our body? Does
drinking this be of any benefit to health? If left standing for 20
minutes, will there be any chemical reaction with the surrounding air?
Why is it that water treated with ozone must be left 20 minutes before
drinking? Is it true that the upper limit for ozone gas is
0.02~0.2mg/m3?

No. Hydrogen peroxide pH is only about 5.8, which is no more acidic
than water exposed to CO2 in normal air. Also, there isn't much
peroxide in the water, and what there is, is quickly broken down by
catalase in the digestive tract. As to the carcinogenicity of H2O2
itself, too little is known to say. Much more powerful stuff is sold as
mouthwash, however.

> Does drinking this be of any benefit to health?

Doubtful no direct benefit. It's beneficial to have all the viruses and
bacterial killed without chlorine, though.

No, but much of the ozone will be released, or else react with the
water.

See above.

Google it.

A friend of mine tested the ozonated water after 5 hours... shock to
discover the litmus results is damn acidic...!!

Does boiling the ozonated water drives the ozone out of the water &
turns it back to H2O?
