Inflammation comes from having too much arachidonic acid in your body.
The other things that are talked about in "studies" are epiphenomenal,
that is, they are secondary, not the root cause, and would not exist
were it not for the arachidonic acid.  High iron levels appear to be a
big problem with a lot of arachidonic acid in your body, but not nearly
so much without.
