Does UV-A (the longer wavelength UV) PROMOTE folate (and dna)
synthesis, or does it DESTROY folate?

Similarly, UV-B promotes the precursor to Vitamin-D in the body,
correct?

Which UV is responsible for the long term tanning (UV-A)? And burning
(UV-B, UV-C)?

Looks like nobody knows the answer to this seemingly simple question ????

I am interested in the same information re. Vitamin D. Surely someone has
done this simple research?
