Greetings,

Specifically, what substances (if any) in what amounts help you
remember your dreams?

Thank you for your time and energy,
William

Lack of B6 can cause infrequent dream recall.. The Optimum Nutrition Bible
recommends an optimal amount of about 75mg per day.

Try taking 300mg Magnesium with 50mg vit B6 right before going to bed on
empty stomach with a glass of water. You may want to increase the intake
of B6 for more intense dreams :)

If I take any B6 before bed I dream about being chased by giant
squirrels then wake up in the middle of the night, soaking in sweat with
my heart racing a mile a minute. Totally recommended. ;)

Thought I would throw this in since I do not belong to any forums that
discuss dreams and wanted to see if anyone has any comments on it:

I used to dream great dreams and remembered at least one from every night.
Then my fiancé passed away December 30 and I have only had the recollection
of 4 dreams since.  The first two were about him.  I think that I am
suppressing my memory of what may very well be dreams of him.  But, I did
not eat anything for a couple weeks and then lived on ice cream for a couple
months, well, you get the picture.  I was not eating healthy.  I already
take Magnesium but may check into B6 also.  I really would like to start
remembering dreams again.

Try getting up and writing down your dreams in a journal when you have them.
This should  help your recall.
