Don't forget that the USDA is American and analyses almost totally
American produce. I've found many cases where the USDA differs
from Canadian labels and whenever I've been able to trace sources,
the Americans get different products than we do even though we're
on the same continent. I expect that there would be even more
differences between American produce and European.
