Hi folks,

I've just released a new version (1.03) of 'Food File', its a freeware
nutrition database for PC. It contains very detailed nutritional
information for 1000s of food products.

There is also an online version that has the same information.

If you are doing research, you may be interested in the advanced filter
function where you can search for foods that have a particular
nutritient content.

For example, here is a list of foods that are rich in Folic acid.

Let me know if you have any questions regarding the software, or site!

That's nice, but would it be possible to have the list sorted out by
nutrient, as opposite to the alphabetical order?

How does your software differ from the USDA? (online and
downloadable)
