Someone just referred me to Juice Plus so I looked it up and they say that they
remove sugar, salt and water from fruits and veggies turning it into a powder.
How could they remove sugar from fruits?

If you don't know the answer, just say so - you don't need to slam the
questioner.  I did ask them but they didn't reply.  I guess it is a secret or a
lie.

Funny how canned responses make for a more interesting THREAD than
original non-intelligent babble, like yours?

Just my opinion, but I am right as usual. :)

Well, my guess would be extraction with a polar solvent or chromatography.
These methods of course would also remove some other polar compounds in the
juice.
