Why don't you go and see an eye doctor and get a diagnosis?
Once you know WHAT is wrong, there are many places to Google for
nutritional therapy........

Your problem is unlikely to have anything to do with nutrition.
You need an eye doctor.

You're simply seeing floaters which are harmless (with your initial
question)
and normal after-image effects with your second set of symptoms.
You can "google" both "vitreous floaters" and "after-images" for
further
information.
No cure or treatment (nutrition or otherwise) are known for either
condition.
May want to get a dilation with your eye provider though (occasionally
the
process that causes some types of floaters can lead to a retinal tear).
