SPLENDA® Packets, the individual portions in the yellow packets, are
ideal for sweetening beverages and for sprinkling on cereal and fresh
fruit, but you may find Splenda Granular more convenient when cooking
and baking.

Each packet provides the sweetness of two teaspoons of sugar.

24 packets provide the sweetness of one cup of sugar

Looking at Splenda's nutrition facts

which says it has no calories, and is made from sugar. Can you still
put on more weight

Splenda is not digested due to molecular structure.  But there is a
study that drinking diet soda induces people to search out real sugar
sweets because the brain expects glucose when drinking diet soda but
then doesn't get it.

Related to that is that a sweet taste in the mouth causes insulin
release. If there's no glucose coming in then the insulin will cause a
dip in blood glucose stimulating a craving for carbs.
