Has had any good results with Digestive Liqueures?
In heard they are big in Euraope. There's that awful-tasting artichoke
digetive "Cynar" from Italy. Then there are hundreds of others ranging
from anise or licorice-based liqueurs and spirits like "Ouzo",
"Pastis", "pernod" and the like. The mint liqueurs supposedly have
excellent digestive powers- like "cream de menthe"! In the former
Soviet Union, I noticed(and tried) various herbal liqueurs which are
purported to have digestiv epowers, but tasted pretty awful! I
believe most Asian countries have medicinal liqueurs/spirits as well.

Sure!
You can get just as stoned from Digestive Liqueures just as easily as
from drinking Iris Rose and Morgan David.
I find that Digestive Liqueures are good for cleaning tooth brushes,
too. :)

I had a terrible malabsorption problem a few years back, and after
trying all kinds of things, found that an inexpensive stomach acid
(HDl) and pepsin supplement worked great. I take the one made by
Country Life, which I get from iherb.com.
I also stopped eating high fiber foods, and anything that is difficult
to digest, except in very small amounts. I do eat dried fruit, which I
let sit in water for about an hour, then store in the refrigerator (up
to a week seems fine). And I eat some fresh and frozen fruit.
If you are having a specific problem, you should address that. What
are your symptoms? What is your med. history?
Have you read the book, Digestive Wellness?
