I wonder if there's a misconception about what makes a low fat diet.
I think alot of people follow a low fat diet and end up eating a normal
or excess amount of fat in their daily calorie consumption.
There's a lot of things that low in fat but if you keep eating them
throughout the day your going to end up getting an adaquate amount of
fat in your diet, dont you?
You often see cuts of meat with the fat trimmed off them and people
like that because its low in fat but there's an adaquate amount of fat
in a round of beef (1lb, 18g of fat, last count,www.walford.com). Low
fat cheeses are low compared to normal cheese but even that seems to
have a good amount of fat in them.
