I already take a whole-food multi, plus magnesium/calcium/D -- I've
heard that's supposed to help relax the nerves and muscles (it does
help me sleep better) -- but I still get lots of -- hopefully --
"benign" fascics.  (They don't occur at any specific place, just
randomly scattered about my entire body.)  I've had them as long as I
can remember, but they seem to be more frequent recently.  Can this be
an early warning sign of some neurological disease?

Yes, ALS is the one that comes to mind. Is it a specific finding?
No.

You really should see a neurologist.  There are tests that can be done
which would determine if ALS is a good possibility.  I know that with
Charcot Marie Tooth, vitamin B6 should be taken in moderation,
ciproflaxin should be avoided if possible, and alcohol should be
avoided, except in small amounts (if I remember correctly), so until
you get this straightened out, you should think about such things.  You
provide so little information that one can't say anything more.  It
would be important to know how old you are, your personal and family
medical history, your diet, etc.
