The notion that everyone with seasonal allergies would benefit from
avoidance of dairy products is just the sort of nonsense that you persist in
posting here. We've heard you, George. You believe we all should eliminate
milk from our diets. For all the posting that you've done, I doubt that you
have convinced even one person to go dairy free.
I hope not, anyway.

I believe Jan Drew has gone dairy-free.

What's wrong with people quitting dairy if it relieves them of certain
symptoms and offers one less source of artery plugging cholesterol and
fat?
Everyone should quit for 60 days and see how much better they feel.
Some may go back to dairy, but most won't.

I'm so hurt Pizza bimbo. I'm 60, 6' 1" 175 and run trail races that are
50k to 100 miles. You may be correct that I'm sick but sure as sh.t is
not physical and drinking milk has not killed me yet. Without the fat it
is great food. I do enjoy your brand of quackery and blaming drinking
milk and your cousin ironnut all focusing on single foods or nutrients
as the cause of bad health. I'll see if I can get Jay Leno to tune in -
you would be a great source for his opening monolog. If it walks like a

Ok, David, is this an example of what you mean by "improperly tying"
one person's argument to another? Are you going to criticize Doug for
doing that? No, you won't, because you and he are on the same team.

No. Unless maybe Leno starts posting here.

Actually, I've had very little exposure to Mr. Freese and was not
even paying much attention to the thread.

Why are you telling everybody that about milk disease and how you do so well
on it?
Because it's the exception.
You made your case. Thanx.
Why don't you be a real man and drink it the way God intended?

Because women stop lactating shortly after giving birth, but men try anyway.

How did God intend that a "real man" should drink cow's milk?

There are teeny instructions written on the cows teat that only Pizza
babe can read. Ah yes, eat your meat raw and veggies right after the
deer just urinated on them wussies wash them.

Sorry, Rich... I buy it. I've personally noticed my allergies are better on
days that I stay away from dairy. Likewise, they get much worse when I
drink milk. I gave it a try after reading about it a couple years ago.

Perhaps you ARE allergic to milk. Perhaps not. You won't really know until
you see an allergist and get it properly diagnosed. Allergy symptoms are
notoriously psychosomatic. So it's easy to fool yourself when you self
diagnose.
By the way, psychosomatic does NOT mean imaginary, or "all in your head".
You can DIE from psychosomatic allergy.

I concur, however, I have been to an allergist and I have no milk, lactose
or other dairy allergies... they're pretty much all pollen-related. Anyone
who has bad allergies will tell you they'd do just about anything to relieve
them even a little bit....even if it's psychosomatic, I can deal with
that -- whatever helps!!!
You can have more than one Hidden Food Allergy at once. Keep a food
diary. Try eliminating soy or wheat from your diet for a few days
(minimum of 3 days). Another Hidden Food Allergy may be subtlely
robbing you of energy. You might get healthier looking skin too.

Don't forget the yeast bro. There is a designer allergy for all of ones
trouble and if you can't find any one in particular then there is the
general environmental, you are allergic to all of modern synthetics.
Some people are allergic to the mere thought of a substance.

Hi all,
Interesting thread. For your info, I read an article about allergies
today that might interest some of you. I posted a brief about it at my
