An article in one of the UK Sunday papers suggested that for ME sufferers, a
mix of the omega fish oils combined with evening primrose oil and gentle
exercise could provide symptom relief in approximately 3 - 6 months. Does
anybody have any experience of this, or is it another 'miracle cure' ?

So, you call exercising for 6 months a miracle cure?

Sorry, you seem to have missed my point (if I could exercise that would be a
miracle!), I was questioning the efficacy of the fish oils, as there are
many so-called cures for ME and CFS, and I was asking for anyone's
experience of using them rather than wasting my time and energy!

Cheers,
Emma
