I dont know about that aspect...but I can tell you that when
the body is relieved of its load of amyloids (heavy in some
cases).. the organs function a lot better and would no doubt
be about to utilize vitamins etc that were bocked out with
plaques etc before.
I have a lot of evidence of that in every organ of my body...
feet no longer become unbearably painful walking all
day...they used to hurt badly hafter half an hour...etc.

Depends on what the person you talk about is eating.
If he/she is eating exactly the same diet all his/her life then chances are
retinol and folate concentrations will sink slowly over time as
gastrointestinal problems start to arise with age (malabsorption etc.).

Yeah, diet is significant. Assume identical diets after weening. How
do liver retinol and folate concentrations change in the period
between infancy and maturity?
