Committing to eating well and keeping healthy food habits is just the
first step of the weight loss process. Changing eating habits plays a
very important role in losing weight and keeping it off. It also helps
a person improve their overall health as the body gets much needed
essential vitamins, minerals and energy.

However changing one's eating habits is not so simple as it sounds.
If truth be told, it is probably the hardest thing to do. It is very
difficult for a person addicted to junk food and fried foods to
suddenly give it up and eat vegetables and fruits.

Changing eating habits needs to be a gradual process. Keeping this in
mind, when trying to lose weight, do not completely avoid your favorite
foods, but eat less of them. If you like fried chicken eat it once a
week, instead if everyday. If you love chocolate, eat one piece instead
of two.

It is extremely easy. All you have to do is make up your mind to do it.

Of course, actually making up your mind to do it is the difficult part.

Ha, ... Hah, Ha!

Well, there it is.  Just another Fat Farm thread. :(

Fat people managed to turn Natural Hygiene from a method of dealing
with serious infectious diseases into a method of weight loss.  Now,
they have taken over this ng.
.
Nah!
