crap... the larger corruption... civil service retirement

will form the base for my now well developed expose in the
news media and for several magazine articles...

I've done this before, with the IRS and the US Dept of
energy...both agencies still smart badly from the experience.
along with a few corporations mentioned previously.

Both cases were tried in the *press at the stage one levels,
that led to publicity that brought the issues broadly before
the *public...and outraged public then demanded that thier
*congressmen take action...which these did in order to prevent
being voted out of office...   the corrupt court system and
burocracy is *bypassed* in all cases... the trial and liason
with the court is NOT intended as a means to prevail or get
justice...it is intended as means to expose the fraud,

Its the public in the end that votes in the end, not by
revolution or getting 'all riled up' as you alude.. but by
simply cutting off the funding for such crap...by a wide range
of means.  Its is all done quietly and casually by the average
person who simply makes different choices once informed...
even now many talented people, that the culture needs badly
are choosing to work less, drop out of the high tax bracket
ranges and do other things, and the congressmen are informed
also, as the tax base goes to hell in a hand basket.... and
then we some action on that end as well.

The same will happen with these bogus speeding tickets,
founded on lies regarding the prima facie speed limit (details
withheld pending the first trial)..with the motive to fund
CRIMINAL activity in civil service retirements resulting in
many civil servants collecting twice thier normal working pay
after retirement  (3 to 5 MILLION dollars each over the term
of such retirement)... accomplished by a series of lies that I
have been mentioning in these posts, and a major spin on one
other thing that enables this fraud to go forward.

Btw I have just finished interviewing another state employee
on these issues,,, they have thier story down pat..and it
sounds reasonable.. but they are left in the end having to
admit ever so reluctantly that they are using *averages,,, and
that half of the traffic is going *faster than thier average
and half slower..and even with the 85% percentile rule, 15% is
beyond that range..

.... and these figures are STILL averaged over a *6 hour*
period,,,with very very wide variations in between,,, a
completely math and science illerate public falls for this.

The fraud will be exposed in the end... just as the tactic
cutting yellow lights back to 2 second in Phoenix were used to
try to force people to run red lights so they could levey
millions in bogus fines.... pure and complete criminal
behavior on the part of the state that in the end caused many
deaths and much property damage... all a lie... same motive.
to raise money to fund a certifiably lying and bogus govt.

Why will I prevail.   Because the state tax payers are
*already outraged, the state is *bankrupt... the tax revenues
are still insufficient to pay for even the interest on this
fraud... and it will collapse of its own weight whether I do
anything or not...but I of course will be doing a lot ..

. the governor is already on this issue and has commented
publicly...the entire mess will hit the fan shortly.

the gov is of course trying to coddle the civil service as he
needs them to function in order to achieve even some of his
goals....

I of course am not coddling anyone... and at this point I have
the goods clear back to square one on how this fraud is
enabled....in total violation of existing law... namely
VC22350 and the Prima facie speed law, and the underlying laws
against fraud in government and civil servants lying on thier
time cards and to the citizens... this is well documented..

next 12 months.   This FRAUD is bankrupting the state, and
ripping off a hard pressed and often half starved tax payer
contingent, especially those retired from the private

of crimes on thier jobs...such as prison guards at Folsom and
San Quinten staging fights to the death between inmates and

That will last about as long a hot dog stand with $20,000 each

Its the exposure of the motive, as with any crime, that will
take the mess down....payment of utterly bogus retirements for
these certifiably cheating civil 'servants' in thier last year
running thier retirements, already an obscene 90% of an
inflated last  years pay in many cases, to twice those levels
for way more than a few cheats..  thousands of them...

..so they retire at twice what they made while working.  ...as
the taxpayers are in collapse, and the state goes
broke,,,,,60%  of these private citizens with no health
insurance, many with no health care at all.   and no
retirements what so ever... the state then send thugs out to
seize thier property if they choose food over paying tax on
thier meager income... taxes that they have no money to pay...
why all this ruthlessness then from government?   To fund
these completely, well documented and criminally insane civil
service frauds.

     The judge then opens himself up for *expose on catering
to the broader civil service fraud....his *name will be firmly
attached to that expose as it goes public to the news papers,
TV stations and magazines...many of which are already up in
arms over what they have seen, even before I came along....

   This will get extremely messy for any civil servants who
try to quash the investigation or take retribution on those of
us who are forwarding it, as thier names will go onto the
record and become part of the expose'... and as it gets worse
these will be prosecuted.

In Louisianna, the state fraud and crime wave got so bad that
the federal govt came in and took over the state in order to
prosecute the state officials and civil servants for fraud and
send a bunch of them off to prison... prior to that these
civil 'servants' thought they were proofed against prosecution
since they ran the state.

Arrogance while begin corrupt is domain of idiots.  But yes it
works, the Boss Hog tactic works for uusally 20 years until it
tanks.  We are near the end of the 20 year cycle on the
current mess...it wont last much longer.

I dont think it will get to Lousanna levels in calif...but I
am absolutely positive the tax payers cannot afford to retire
the civil servants at a cost of multiple millions of dollars
*each...thats 3 to 5 million dollars EACH for many low level
civil servants ....and 10 to 20 *million dollars EACH for some
like the ex chief of police in SF... Fagin.

Its hard to even fathom isnt... civil servants retiring with
annuities worth millions of dollars each some tens of
millions!

To pay for just ONE of these retired sh.t heads, takes the tax
base from *HUNDREDS of average people...all of their taxes, in
all forms... for LIFE... just to pay this one drunks bogus
retirement...

So now there is no money to even pay interest on this
disaster.... and the civil servants have resorted to issuing
bogus tickets, speed traps, bogus red light camera's with
short yellows, lying about the surveys and basic speed law in
order to try to stretch thier bogus funding until the state
economy collapses utterly.

  that will get handled of course,,, along with the bogus
tactics, 80 dollar parking tickets and bogus speeding tickets
currently used to fund a huge chunk of such FRAUD.... fraud
against tax payers who's health is going bad because they cant
even afford dental care.

That was the hope of the IRS and then the US Dept of Energy
both agencies utterly sure they could crush me,,, both
agemcoes failed, thier agents reprimanded and warned of
prosecution if they continued, and extensive damages were paid
to me, mid range 5 figures, in the US DOE case, both ended
before congress, and on C span getting their a.ses reamed and
thier teeth pulled for committing a long series of abuses on
the public ....

.... and both agencies hiring thugs to try to intimidate
witnesses, even murdering some witnesses, and coming after me
likewise in the case of the US DOE... they lost.

and they lost for good reasons... none having to do with an
honest court system..but with lessons learned from the Karin
Silkwood case...she made the mistake of holding the original
documents in her possession so they could be stolen and
herself murdered  (the AEC paid 6 million dollars to her
father after loosing the case, I called him on the phone to
thank him for Karens sacrifice after I testified against the
DOE in my case)

The lesson:   Clone your documents, trace your calls, keep
those records, many different sets, off site in the hands of
someone who will forward those broadly to the press world wide
in the event you are murdered.  Make killing you more risky
than other options.

Never disclose all you have so that the criminal scum is
unable to cover all of its tracks, and wastes a lot of time
going after wrong targets... making a larger and larger mess
of it..as you gather more and more information evidence of the
fraud.

When the US DOE sent two Wackenhut thugs to visit me at my
motel in Kennewich Washington, I was ready...by the pool were
15 people waiting to have milk and cookies with them.. video
cams rolling, and no way to tell the tourists from those there
to video tape the intimidation in progress...  those two
agents, were both packing 45's under sport jackets one size
too small, with dark glasses and trying to look mean... so the
gun butts protruded from thier jackets menacingly

This scum was not at ease even though I myself and our hosts
were as gracious as could be,  (they declined the milk and
cookies , yogurt and a banana btw...one accepted a cup of
coffee.)..

it was at that meeting that I pointed out the video cams and
informed them when they asked about my documents... " that
sadly, those were now shipped off to points unknown but that I
had made copies that were now in the hands of various others a
few in the press".

So murder in that case you see is unproductive, which they
wouldnt have done on the spot regardless... they do such
things in the middle of the night on a back road.. as with
Karen Silkwood

That was Karen Silkwoods gift and lesson to the world..you can
rent the movie..'Silkwood' its a very accurate portrayal of
the criminal and abusive mentality that runs these agencies...
and the spineless wonders to stand by and tolerate it.

I try not to be in that contingent.

Will this bogus civil servant retirement / traffic ticket
fraud go this far.. to murder?     Probably not, as too many
are cowards and the cat is already out of the bag...and
killing or even just leaning on the whistle blowers will just
make it worse for them... these corrupt civil 'service'  will

enforcement is and how the state needs the largest prison
system per capita in the US...

illiteracy rate of our students... untrainable for high tech

citizens of the worlds largest DEBTOR nation.. with a
collapsing work force demographic and no way to pay the

oil supply nations into not cutting us or or switching to the

to SAP data bases (a german firm) and Linux entire government
office networks have switched,

China just completed dropping 200,000 chinese govt computers
off of MS and now are running on china's own developed
software and Linux based software...thats in the last year.

Only idiots look at past performance as an idicator of the
future while ignoring massive downward trends such as the list
Ive just mentioned.

One can of course choose to believe the govt spin in the press
that the stock market is up (when its really DOWN by over
50%..its only 'up' because the dollar has devalued by  50%)...
adjusted for that the DOW is at 6100 in terms of the 1999
dollar... thats down badly, by over 50% in real terms.... and
going down more as the USD is nose diving currently at 10 to
15% year .. the market is actually dropping in value by that
percentage.....

and the rest of the world knows that fully.......

.... and is dumping US equities and bonds as fast as it can
without precipitating a crash that will cost them money.

The FED is countering by printing truck loads of more funny
money,and issuing usupportable credits to its member banks so
they can issue more bogus loans....  the rest of the world is
countering such fraud  by switching to the Euro, the gold
dinar and other currencies and OUT of the US Dollar.

This mess is south badly already and headed faster south with
each passing day...

the US manufacturing demographic is not in place to reverse
the trend....our  rag headed enemies, many with PhD's, and
fully aware of the larger situation are sitting back laughing
their a.ses off as we blow the last of our wad at a million
dollars each to kill their soldiers, of which they have a
virtually unlimited supply....while we take out half a million
civilians  as collateral damage...  and further bankrupt our

We are counting on FUTURE production to bail us out...because

retires and as production is moving to china, and increasingly
from chinese owned firms... we don't make a dime from any of

That will be the end of empire and easy times to say the very
least... those days are now immediately upon us...and the rest
of the world sees this very clearly... as Americans remain fat
and dumb (certifiably both FAT and Dumb)... reading the US
papers and listening to govt spin on the tee vee.

As  the effectiveness of state and federal income and property
tax measures fade due to a crushed productive force ,,,, and
as government has continued to bloat, and these insane
retirement benefits 5 to 10x what the actual tax payers
get,,,,   traffic tickets and a range of other fines and
levies are instituted in an effort to fund the mess.

Those cannot but fail .... as the last worker gives his last
dime to the state and dies for lack of health care...

the last 20 years..    look at history.     This is how it
ends when govt goes corrupt... in romania the parents couldnt
afford to feed their children so packed into state run

lack of attention.

Support or ignore such fraud and abuse if you will, but you
are doing so at your own loss of integrity...

for those with a broader view of life itself... integrity is
all one has...and he or she  values that beyond his own life.

I can tell quite easily looking at or talking with almost any
person where they stand on these issues.. those with integrity
demonsrate real life and joy, grace, honor, intelligence and
power.. its obvious.. these are people with life in them...
they look you in the eye.. they have courage... they say it
like it is.

Those without such integrity are consumers, the slugs of the
planet their eyes are as dull as thier wits... they are
clueless... they tote the party line... some of these trash
anyone who stands apart from such a mess... they do little in
thier own lives... thier families are a mess..... they
contribute only a little at best to the rest of mankind.

These are 98% of a nation in decline.  And yes, there is no
winning an agruement with any in this class..  I know that.
What I am doing here is expose... not argument..or an attempt
to win a point with a corrupt court.

Expose is what pulls the rug from under the feet of the final
stage corruption...seeing that the people withdraw
sufficiently that they are no long bled to death... even the
98% class does the withdrawl.. because they too see there is
no other option...these do so silently.

a nation coming up, as America was in the 19th and early 20th
century had the oposite statistics... most of those were hard
core hard working productive pioneers with balls,, willing to
'put their lives, fortunes and sacred honor' on the line.
They would fight for what they believed in.

   Now... most just seek to forward thier own comfort while
tolerating corruption.   Not impressive.  But inevitable.  So
I for one do not bemoan the fact... its just that there are
vast rewards to more honorable approaches...spritual rewards
beyond measure, and for me those are irresistable.

 that range of rewards was addressed well in all aspects in
the final 20 minutes of the movie 'The Last Samurai'... those
who miss that range of issue lead truly vacant lives  imo.

In the end of any culture with a spinelsss set of
characteristics, fades to virtually zero .
ruthlessness doesnt count as having a spine btw...
ruthlessness is the last refuge of the terminally corrupt and
dying.       Be sure not to miss that point.

A nation in its last phase is almost totally comprised of
these types... the fat a.s, corrupt, ease seeking and dying,
led by the ruthlessly corrupt that are mistake for 'powerful
people'....

making that mistaken value judgement is the reward that idiots
garner for themselves.

So what is the benefit of integrity then, and in in seeing
this?

The benefit is a gain in understanding the actualities of
life...a gain in intelligence.  Thats the reward.  For those
that appreciate such gain... the integrity and the integral
strength gained is more than sufficient reward.... those
benefits affect the entire person and those around him in
wonderful ways.     It even affects them in wonderful ways as
the empires gattling guns are loosed at them.

  One transcends his mortal existence in this way...and no
other way.     The gutless wonders of the world are blind to
all this until the end... then maybe they get a glimse...
another wonderful aspect of the movie mentioned here.

For those with no such appreciation, there is no reward except
to gain another 20 lbs eating junk food, watching TV, being a
slug at work, and abusing thier wives with hog farm level
sex.. and abusing their kids by remaining such ignorant slugs
personally.. thats all abuse.....an easy life at the expense
of others... a life that these then brag about and
deliberately call 'success'.

    Utter and obvious, bloated corpse type end stage
corruption.    And its considred  'success' by those living
it.

   Those should be clues you see.
