is it dangerous to eat hot food, such as chilli peppers, pepper,
garlic, onion, ....? why? thanks

Depends on what you are alergic to and what your own body and
intestinal tract can handle...for many garlic is a very
beneficial antibiotic and has other benefits,  same with the
hot spices, peppers and indian spices.
