Hi, Does anyone know if a glass of red wine at dinner time is OK for
HBV patient?

For anyone with chronic liver disease, avoiding alcohol is the best
way to go.

Adding alcohol to chronic liver disease will probably hasten
progression. Resulting in increased risk of cirrhosis and
hepatocellular carcinoma.
